Protect your assets and long-term wishes by planning ahead and placing them in the care of people you truly trust
A Trust gives you full control by allowing you to choose exactly how your assets are protected, how they’re used during your lifetime, and how they’re passed on to your loved ones.
A Trust lets you decide who inherits your money, home, and assets, how much they receive, and when they receive it — whether immediately, at specific ages, or in stages.
Reduce tax exposure, avoid probate delays, and help your family receive what you intended without lengthy processes or complications.

To protect tomorrow, you must prepare today
Without the right Trusts in place, your assets can become tied up in probate, creating delays, added stress, and unnecessary costs for your loved ones at an already difficult time. Setting up a Trust now keeps you firmly in control of how your wealth is managed, protected, and passed on, ensuring it reaches the people you choose exactly as you intended.
Heirkin Estate Planning helps protect people and families with professionally prepared Wills, Trusts, and LPAs, giving you confidence that everything is planned properly and your loved ones are secure.

The price will vary depending on how you decide to prepare your Will. Basic DIY or online templates can cost as little as £20, while solicitor-prepared mirror Wills typically average around £500, depending on complexity and location. At Heirkin Estate Planning, we keep things simple with transparent, fixed fees including VAT: £99 for a single Will or £179 for mirror Wills.
Solicitors are able to give legal advice, but many do not specialise in Wills and may use complicated legal language. They also tend to operate strictly within office hours, which can be inconvenient. Heirkin Estate Planning offers flexible home-visit appointments at times that suit you — including mornings, evenings, and weekends — and our specialists explain everything clearly and without jargon. All fees are fixed and confirmed upfront.
Will allows you to set out what happens to your assets, such as savings, property, personal belongings, and any jointly owned items (which require agreed instructions). Items held in trust, like certain pensions or life insurance policies, are usually not included. In your Will, you can appoint executors, choose beneficiaries, name guardians for children, and include trusts or specific wishes. Heirkin Estate Planning can also assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney and provide ongoing support through our membership services.
Not necessarily. There are DIY and online Will-writing kits that may be suitable for very simple circumstances. However, these options offer limited guidance and it’s easy to make mistakes that could impact your family later. Working with a professional like Heirkin Estate Planning ensures your wishes are clearly and correctly documented.
